Rory Maguire

Rory oversees the evaluation and selection of real estate investment opportunities at CHC Development, in addition to managing all aspects of project financing. He leads the company’s financial analysis efforts and plays a key role in cultivating and leveraging debt and equity relationships. This enables CHC to move decisively and with confidence when pursuing new ventures. Rory also manages contract negotiations with homebuilders, tenants, and property owners, ensuring strategic alignment and favorable terms. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, and later completed a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance, graduating magna cum laude.

Rian Maguire

Rian is responsible for conducting feasibility analyses for the development and redevelopment of commercial projects selected by CHC Development. He oversees the acquisition and entitlement processes, financial analysis, development planning and management, and coordinates all project details with city officials, contractors, and consultants from procurement through to project completion. Additionally, Rian manages negotiations for purchase contracts and tenant leases, ensuring successful transactions aligned with company objectives. Rian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.

Caroline Claure

Caroline oversees all project management, accounting functions, and human resources at CHC Development. She plays a vital role in property closings, bank and legal correspondence, construction draws, and expense reconciliations. Additionally, Caroline manages the company’s architectural control processes and homeowners’ association (HOA) administration. She is an active member of CREW Fort Worth and leads CHC’s community service initiatives in partnership with local charitable organizations.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Abby Boyd

Abby manages new construction and value-add development projects from inception to stabilization. She is responsible for conducting due diligence, supporting the acquisition and entitlement process, creating loan proposals and investment offerings, budgeting, and cash flow management. Abby works closely with city staff throughout the permitting and approval process and oversees leasing to ensure projects are positioned for long-term success.

Abby is an active member of ULI Tarrant County and the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Connor Humphrey

Connor Humphrey, a Fort Worth native, serves as Vice President of Asset Management at CHC Development, where he is responsible for helping establish and grow the firm’s asset management platform. In this role, he will oversee investor reporting, asset management initiatives, leasing, disposition, and acquisition efforts, as well as broker and lender relationships.

Connor graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2020 and began his career at Frost Bank, where he spent over four years on the commercial real estate team in Fort Worth, along with additional experience in brokerage.

He previously served as an Analyst at Fort Capital, where he worked alongside senior leadership in overseeing a portfolio exceeding $1 billion in assets.

Following the firm’s acquisition by S2 Capital, he continued in that role, contributing to asset performance and portfolio strategy prior to joining CHC Development.

Deeply rooted in Fort Worth, Connor takes pride in building his career in his hometown. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his wife, Rachel and his golden retriever Charlie.

Ryan Horta

Ryan oversees CHC’s full portfolio of commercial properties. She leads the property management team and is responsible for ensuring operational and financial excellence across all properties. Ryan’s role focuses on portfolio-wide accounting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, as well as providing strategic guidance to support tenant relations, vendor management, and overall team development.
Prior to joining CHC, Ryan built a strong foundation in property management with experience in managing apartment communities. She brings over ten years of industry expertise, including the last four in commercial real estate with CHC. Since joining the company, Ryan has earned her real estate license and achieved her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She is a member of both the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and the Fort Worth chapter of IREM, where she continues to expand her knowledge and professional network within the industry.
When not at work, Ryan enjoys working out, sewing, and cuddling her dogs Violet and Brisket.

Marisa Molina

Marisa Molina, Senior Property Manager, plays an active role in the daily management and operations of CHC’s commercial portfolio, which includes both company-owned and third-party managed properties. Her responsibilities include managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and ensuring that each property operates efficiently and to ownership standards. With four years of property management experience, Marisa brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to her work. Since earning her Real Estate license in 2023, she has continued to expand her expertise in commercial real estate and contributes to the continued success of CHC’s growing portfolio. Outside of work, Marisa enjoys a good workout, retail therapy and game nights with friends and family.

Emma Domingue

Emma is responsible for daily management of properties within CHC’s commercial portfolio, including both CHC owned and third-party managed properties. Her duties include accounting, financial reporting, vendor and tenant management, monthly site visits, and administrative duties.

Prior to joining CHC, Emma worked in residential property management for four years across Texas where she honed her client skills, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys reading, pool days, and hanging out with her cats and fiancé.

Kali Goetsch

Kali Parks, Senior Property Manager at CHC, oversees the daily operations and strategic management of CHC’s commercial portfolio, with a primary focus on the company’s growing industrial assets. She is responsible for all facets of property management—including financial oversight, budgeting, vendor coordination, tenant relations, and regular site inspections—ensuring each property operates efficiently and delivers exceptional value to ownership and tenants alike.
Before joining CHC, Kali spent eight years in residential property management, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, operations, and financial administration. She successfully leveraged those skills to transition into the commercial real estate industry and has since earned her Real Estate license.
Outside of work, Kali enjoys cooking, watching her favorite shows, and spending time with her two dogs, Ryker and Moose.

Briley Taylor

Briley is responsible for daily operations and property management of CHC’s commercial portfolio, which includes both company-owned and third-party owned properties. Her responsibilities include tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, monthly site visits, and overall property operations.

Briley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Texas Tech University.

Prior to joining CHC, Briley obtained her real estate license in 2024 and has assisted clients across DFW for many years, building a strong foundation in client relations and communication. Since earning her Real Estate License in 2024, Briley has continued to expand her knowledge in both commercial and residential real estate and utilizes this knowledge to contribute to the success of CHC’s continually growing portfolio.

Outside of the office, Briley enjoys hanging out with her dogs, going to Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.

Carlos Horta

Carlos oversees maintenance operations across CHC’s entire portfolio, for both CHC-owned and third-party managed properties. His responsibilities include managing all building systems: HVAC, chillers, plumbing, electrical, elevators, doors, and locks. Carlos coordinates maintenance vendors, conducts property and system inspections, and implements preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal building performance and safety.

He assists property managers with various projects and repairs, tests and evaluates new maintenance products and procedures, and ensures seasonal maintenance tasks are completed efficiently across the portfolio.

When not at work, Carlos enjoys going to sporting events, hanging out with his family and dogs, and watching movies.
