Louis MOB is an approximate .96 AC parcel of land that will be developed to provide 27,000 SF of medical office space in Fort Worth’s Near Southside District. The property is also located within two miles of downtown and the Fort Worth Medical district.

The completed development will be home to Nephrology Associates. Construction commenced early Q1 of 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
