The building is located in the heart of West Fort Worth and provides close vicinity to sought after neighborhoods such as Tanglewood, Overton Park, and Riverhills. The completed development will also include 8,000 SF of underground secured storage / parking upon completion in 2027.

Louis MOB is an approximate .96 AC parcel of land that will be developed to provide 27,000 SF of medical office space in Fort Worth’s Near Southside District. The property is also located within two miles of downtown and the Fort Worth Medical district.

The completed development will be home to Nephrology Associates. Construction commenced early Q1 of 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2026.  

Corsciana Medical Office Building consists of an 80,000 SF medical office building located in Corsciana, Texas. The property has spaces ranging from 800 SF – 8,000 SF with over 25 tenants.  The medical office building was acquired by CHC Development in 2013.

Adjacent to the building is the Navarro Regional Hospital and the Medical Arts Plaza. This property is professionally managed by CHC Management.
